Here is the E-Journal as promised. Download it and use it daily to strengthen your ability to be in a place of gratitude. Know that you are a work in progress, so don’t judge yourself harshly if you don’t do it perfectly. Just do it as well as you can and be thankful for any level of progress. Just writing down five things in each category will jump start your brain into noticing the positives in your life. If you feel further inspired you can write down some activities that you want to engage in that will further move you into a place of gratitude.
